StreamElite TV provides an internet-based streaming service that delivers live television channels and video-on-demand content via internet connection to subscribers worldwide.
3. Payment & Billing
All subscriptions are one-time payments for the chosen duration. There are no recurring automatic charges. Prices are clearly shown at checkout and include all applicable fees. No hidden costs.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service and instant credential delivery, we generally do not offer refunds once service credentials have been activated. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team and we will resolve them promptly.
5. Acceptable Use
Our service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your subscription credentials with unauthorized parties. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Technical Requirements
A stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps is required for HD streaming. We are not responsible for buffering or quality issues caused by insufficient internet speeds on the customer end.
7. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.
